The TRIBAL Member Handbook (“Handbook”) is provided by TRIBAL III Inc. to outline expectations, rules, creative standards, legal conditions, and membership guidelines. This:

does not guarantee employment, casting, or creative outcomes,

may be updated or modified at any time,

contains both legal requirements and cultural expectations.
TRIBAL III INC. reserves full discretion to revise any policy without prior notice. Updated policy may take effect immediately.
This acknowledgement does not include all internal, proprietary, confidential, or identity-building systems used by TRIBAL. Some materials are available only to members on a need-to-know basis.
Tribal III INC. may refer to itself as “we”, “us”, or just “TRIBAL” in this acknowledgement.

By participating in TRIBAL, each member acknowledges:

Platinum agreement fees
4.1 Chargebacks Are Strictly Prohibited
A chargeback is considered:

Members may be responsible for:

full balance owed
TRIBAL is the original creditor. FDCPA does not apply.

Applies to Gold & Platinum members.
Equipment may include:

Equipment remains property of TRIBAL.
Members must:

return all equipment within 3 days of membership ending

keep equipment in good working condition

pay full retail value if lost, stolen, damaged, or unreturned

return equipment if payments fail or membership is canceled
Equipment availability is NOT guaranteed.
Members may be placed on a waitlist.
No refunds will be issued if equipment is delayed or unavailable.
Used/refurbished equipment may be provided.

COMMUNICATION CONSENT (FULL PERMISSION)
By joining TRIBAL, members give explicit consent for TRIBAL III and TRIBAL Operations (human or AI-assisted) to contact them via:

Members waive compensation or approval rights.

⚖️ NON-DISPARAGEMENT & REPUTATION PROTECTION AGREEMENT
(READ BEFORE SIGNING)
TRIBAL members agree to uphold the integrity, reputation, and public image of TRIBAL III Inc. (“TRIBAL”) at all times—during membership, after leaving the program, and during or after any interview, review, or public communication.
To protect the TRIBAL identity, brand, and community culture:
1. Prohibition on Negative Statements
Members may not publish, post, speak, or share—verbally or digitally—any content that:

criticizes TRIBAL
-
misrepresents TRIBAL
-
portrays TRIBAL in a false or harmful light
-
damages TRIBAL’s reputation, staff, operations, or community
-
includes defamatory, misleading, hostile, or malicious statements
This applies to:

in-person conversations
-
interviews
-
reviews
-
social media posts
-
comments on public forums
-
digital messages
-
podcasts, videos, livestreams
-
any written or spoken communication accessible to others
2. Applies During and After Membership
The non-disparagement requirement applies:

during active membership
-
during interviews or onboarding
-
after withdrawal or cancellation
-
after dismissal
-
indefinitely after leaving TRIBAL
Membership ending does not end this obligation.
3. Public Reviews and Online Comments
Members agree not to post or publish:

negative online reviews
-
misleading ratings
-
harmful commentary
-
false or damaging statements about TRIBAL or its programs
If a member has concerns, they must use internal communication channels:

TRIBAL Operations
-
official email
-
direct message
-
case management
TRIBAL prohibits retaliatory reviews or public statements made in anger, frustration, or conflict.
4. Accuracy Obligation
Members agree not to:

exaggerate negative experiences

misstate facts
-
create false narratives
-
imply employment or promises that do not exist
-
publicly disclose internal processes out of context
This protects the integrity of TRIBAL’s identity-based training model.
5. Confidentiality Combined With Non-Disparagement
Because TRIBAL includes:

internal creative processes
-
proprietary methods
-
restricted curriculum and materials
members may not share internal information in any way that harms or misrepresents TRIBAL.
6. Enforcement
Violation of this section may result in:

membership suspension or termination
-
loss of equipment access
-
financial responsibility for unreturned equipment
-
administrative action
-
civil legal remedies available to TRIBAL under state law
TRIBAL reserves the right to take reasonable action to protect its brand, members, staff, and operations.
7. Not a Gag Order
Nothing in this section prevents a member from:

reporting illegal activity
-
engaging in legally protected rights
-
responding to lawful government or court requests
This clause exists solely to prevent:

harmful misrepresentation
-
reputation damage
-
false statements
-
retaliatory reviews or commentary
ALL MEMBERS SHOULD RECIEVE A FULL COPY OF THIS CONTIONAL DOCUMENT UPON ENTRY TO OUR TRIBE.
